Testimonial Letters
From the moment we announced our intentions to get married, our family and friends began anticipating what they believed would be the wedding of the century. Today with memories of that night still in their minds everyone is talking about the best wedding they ever attended. We take great pride and joy in knowing that we did not disappoint, our wedding turned out to be all that we expected and more. A major reason for our great success was the music of Risky Business. From the A-Cappella to the rock & roll, they satisfied everyone's musical tastes. You guys did a great job and everyone loved you.
Dear Ralph and the Group,
I would like to say "Thank You" for the great job the group did at the Retas wedding at Russo's on March 31, 2006. The group was the hit of the evening and overall the wedding was a phenomenal success. Your ability to perform all the songs that were requested was a testament to your devotion to your craft. I really appreciated that you did Cara Mia, which is song that most groups won't even try but your cover was up there equal to Jay himself. It was also appreciated that you and the group hung around and relived a lot of memories from the 60's and 70's with some of us. As a dedicated oldies fan it is great that there are groups like Risky Business keeping the memories alive. You have broadened you fan base with most of the people that were there.

Saw you guys last night at the Brickyard and it was great. We used to go to hear you sing at Brennan's all the time then we would go to hear you at Charlie Browns. Living so far out on the Island (as you said last night going through customs takes time lol) we don't venture out into Nassau and the city. I really hope you come back to the Brickyard or other places in Suffolk. Of all the bands we've heard at Brennan's, The Brickyard and other places Risky Business is by far the best.
I'm glad I canceled my plans for the last night and went to hear you. I even got to do an
ooooooooooooooooh in the mic with Bobby lol.
OK, enough of my praising, Have a great day and look forward to hearing you again soon..........................
Just been to my parish 50's dance. Wonderful time and fantastic music. You guys are molto bene. Keep up the great work and your voices are a pleasure to listen to. You made the 50's alive again. Even though it is a little before my time I enjoyed each and every song. Even the electric slide. Hope to have you for my daughters graduation some day. Good luck and God Bless
I just wanted to thank you again for doing a fantastic job performing at my dad's retirement party, you were the talk of the party & "after Party"! You should expect quite a few "new" Risky followers at your future events, they're all hooked! We are trying to figure out who to have a party for next so you can perform!
Hey, Risky Business: Just wanted to let you guys know that the classmates at the 40th Reunion of the Port Chester High School Class of 1962 thought that you were FABULOUS! The Doral Arrowood Resort in Rye Brook, NY sure was Rockin' 'N Rollin' on Saturday, August 24, 2002 because you guys were there! Thanks, for making our reunion so memorable and allowing some of our own "hometown" talent to also entertain our group!
To Ralph & the Band: You are all to be commended for your gig at our 50th wedding anniversary party last night at the Sand Castle in Franklin Square. You were the best and our phone has been ringing all morning from guests who enjoyed your band! Just keep playing -- you are all so talented!!! It was a pleasure - and you made our party a success. Hope you are all around to play at our 75th!!!(ha-ha). Again - many, thanks to all.
Thanks for making our dance Saturday night at St. Gregory's, the huge success it was. The phone rang all day yesterday and today, with feedback from people in attendance, about the wonderful time they had and how great the music was. Many of these people were at the October dance and came back with friends just because they knew you were doing the music. You're great guys to work with and you touched many hearts with your special tribute to our veterans. Many remarked about the way you interacted with them on the dance floor. God grant you many years!
Ralph, you and the rest of the band are the best around. We have used a lot of bands for our various charity functions but Risky Business has always been the best to work with - you guys make our functions parties and everyone goes away wanting more whether it is a black tie affair or informal. We are looking forward to working with you in October once again.
Just a note of thanks for providing great entertainment at a gig on Fire Island last July 17th one eve., where you had my 4 year old son discovering the magic of his dad's favorite music (60's and 70's) while swaying to the beat atop my shoulders.....I first heard you doing some Chicago from a distance as my family and I approached Ocean Beach that evening. I was extremely impressed at how well you captured the stylings of the original artists, while maintaining your own flair and originality. If 13 year old kids had any taste in music, I'd be booking you for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah next year........until then, I'm keeping your number should any other excuse to have a party come our way........keep up the great work!
Hi Ralph. We had the sincere pleasure of enjoying you & your wonderful band last Friday evening, May 19th, at the Knights of Columbus dinner dance in Sheepshead Bay, NY. The performance by you & your band members was truly enjoyable & nostalgic. You sang those great songs of the 50’s, with that incomparable Doo Wop flair, and it was absolutely fantastic. That night’s performance should have been recorded!!!
You may remember us; my wife & I are from the Boston, Mass area & were visiting our family & friends last week-end. Because of your especially entertaining music and sounds that Friday night, we re-lived our youth from the real “Happy Days”.. We introduced ourselves & complimented you and your group, and you kindly gave us a copy of your cassette recording as a gift.
We played it a couple of times while driving home Sunday.
Thanks again for a great pleasure-filled evening.
